AJLA–TS provides a a fully searchable, mobile-responsive online help system that users can access through the Help link in AJLA-TS products, which is consistently updated with each new release. The online help system serves multiple purposes including researching questions, self-paced review, and further learning.

For ongoing support, AJLA-TS maintains detailed documentation in our Customer Knowledge Atlassian Confluence Space, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides that capture best practices and lessons learned.
