ReEmployLink

Why use ReEmployLink
ReEmployLink is the newest module in America’s JobLink. ReEmployLink helps American Job Center (AJC) staff identify claimants who are statistically likely to exhaust their unemployment insurance (UI) benefits. Get started today connecting job seekers with reemployment services

Who uses ReEmployLink?
With ReEmployLink, American Job Center staff who work with the RESEA program can easily perform outreach to job seekers who are most at risk for exhausting their UI benefits.

What ReEmployLink does?
ReEmployLink makes it easy to identify these at-risk job seekers and to schedule them for orientations at local facilities. Staff can quickly assign RESEA participants to an orientation, manage the number of seats in each orientation, and view and print rosters for the orientations.

How ReEmployLink works?
ReEmployLink takes the information from claimant files and applies a formula to create a claimant profile score. Based on information from the job seeker’s previous employment experiences, his profile score signals to AJC staff that the job seeker may need additional intervention to succeed in finding and retaining new employment.

ReEmployLink Features:
  • Ability for office supervisors to view or print a Pool Count Report to set orientation seats. The report displays the number of claimants in the profiling pool waiting to be scheduled by the program and office for an orientation. This report can be downloaded as a PDF.
  • Ability for office supervisors to add, view, edit, and delete orientation sessions for qualified claimants. Access to orientation locations may be limited according to the user’s office and privileges.
  • Configurable orientation start times (15-minute intervals).
  • Configurable number of seats.
  • Ability to view and print orientation rosters by office, date, and program. Rosters can be printed with or without a signature (sign-in) column.
  • The facility maintenance section allows administrators to update orientation facility information or add a new facility. Any changes are sent back to UI daily in the Facility Info File.
  • Outbound files containing scheduling and facility info sent to UI to generate claimant notification letters.
  • Ability for authorized case managers to view a RESEA participant’s claimant record. This data is brought in via the interface from the state’s UI system and is accessed from the RESEA Enrollment Details page.
  • The local UI section allows administrators to view and edit the local unemployment rates by county. These rates are used to calculate the claimant profiling scores.
  • Ability for administrators to view and edit the statistical model coefficients used to calculate the claimant profiling scores .
