County Type Editor

Approved staff can update all of the counties within their state to select the appropriate Lower Living Standard Income Level (LLSIL) county type. (County type is provided yearly by the U.S. Census and LLSIL.) Once set, a job seeker’s county of residence will be compared to the LLSIL county type to determine 70% and 100% LLSIL levels.

Update County Types

  1. Navigate to the Admin Tasks > ServiceLink tab > County Type Editor tile. The County Type Editor page displays.

  1. Select the type of county from the drop-down.
  2. Click Save.
