Farmworker Status

The Farmworker pages of the demographics flow record information about the Job Seeker's participation in migrant or seasonal farmwork or food processing. The Job Seeker may receive additional services based on their farmworker status. The following instructions apply to the Farmworker Status and Farmworker Details pages. Below are screenshots of the pages, as well as a table listing each field and description of the content required.

Farmworker Status

Complete the following questions. All fields marked with (required) indicate a field that must be answered.

Has the individual ever performed farmwork?	Drop-down; Select Yes or No.
Which of the following apply?	Checkbox; If the previous question is answered Yes, check one or more option where applicable.
Individual can be claimed as a dependent of a farmworker?	Drop-down; Select Yes or No.
Is the Individual employed, or was employed in the past 12 months, in farmwork of a seasonal* or other temporary** nature?	Drop-down; If "The individual was employed in farmwork (for at least one day) within the last 12 months" is checked, select Yes or No.
For 12 consecutive months out of the 24 months prior to the application for the program involved, has the individual been primarily employed in agricultural or fish farming labor* that is characterized by chronic unemployment, or underemployment**, and faces multiple barriers to economic self-sufficiency?	Drop-down; If "The individual was employed in farmwork for 12 months in a row within the last 24 months" is checked, select Yes or No.
Is the individual the Dependent of someone who is a farmworker as described here? (For 12 consecutive months out of the 24 months prior to the application for the program involved, has the individual been primarily employed in agricultural or fish farming labor* that is characterized by chronic unemployment, or underemployment**, and faces multiple barriers to economic self-sufficiency?)	Drop-down; If "Has the individual ever performed farmwork?" was answered Yes, select Yes or No.
Is the individual required to be absent overnight from his/her permanent place of residence?	Drop-down; If "The individual was employed in farmwork for 12 months in a row within the last 24 months" is checked, select Yes or No.
