Notifications
The Notifications link is used to view system notifications sent to the job seeker. The Notifications page will display the status of the email (sent or unsent), the recipient (job seeker name), the sender (system), the subject of the notification, and the created date. Notifications can be sorted by column head.
Notifications that can be viewed by staff will display as links in the Subject column. If a notification does not display as a link, the message contained secure information, such as a username or password. Only staff with the "Notifications" privilege are able to view the body text of a notification.
Navigation
Bring the job seeker into context by conducting a Job Seeker Search or selecting the job seeker from My Cases. Click Notifications on the Case Details page.
