Participant-Entered Self-Services
AJL tracks and displays job seeker self-services by tracking job seeker activity in AJL and by job seeker responses to the Self-Service Login Reasons, also known as the "What Are You Doing Today?" questions. Self-services extend the job seeker's participation period. Not all states use the Self-Service Login Reasons.
Self-service job seeker activities include:
- Date of Last Login
- Date of Last Job Search
- Date of Last Employer Contact, including job order number
- Date of Last Self-Referral Request, including job order number and status of the referral
- Date of Last Resume Update
- Date of Last CIS (Career Information System) Activity
Self-Service questions include the job seeker's responses to the questions, the date, and the location.
