TrainingComprehensive Training and
Knowledge Management AJLA–TS provides several types of training beyond initial implementation. Customers receive thorough training and ongoing support to ensure comfort with new solutions. We offer release training that includes documentation and virtual train-the-trainer webinars for new product releases. Supplemental post-implementation training is available via webinar at no additional cost, with the option for in-person training at the cost of trainers’ travel. Multiple training delivery methods are available including in-person training, virtual training sessions, video modules and comprehensive user guides.

For ongoing support and knowledge enhancement, AJLA–TS provides:
- A fully searchable, mobile-responsive online help system that gets updated with each release.
- Refresher training to reinforce knowledge and update users on new features.
- Release documentation includes detailed information about system changes, such as enhancements, affected user types, and state-specific modifications.
- When training webinars are offered, they are recorded and provided as links for later viewing, allowing staff to stay informed about system changes.
