Farmworker Status and details

The Farmworker Status and Farmworker Details pages are for those who have worked on farms or in food processing on a regular, migrant, or seasonal basis, or for those who are dependents of someone who has. The text on the Farmworker Details page explains the definitions of migrant or seasonal farmworkers and food processors, as well as who might be eligible for the National Farmworker Jobs Program. A dependent is a person claimed on the taxes of another individual (e.g., children are typically dependents of their parents).
