Selective Service

The following instructions apply to the Selective Service section of the Demographics Information. This page will only display for males born on or after January 1, 1960. The type of field is identified, as well as the description for each field.

1. Have you registered with Selective Service? Drop-down; select Yes, No, or Exempt from Selective Service. If Exempt from Selective Service, Reason for Exemption is Required.
2. Reason for Exemption: Text; enter reason for Selective Service exemption.
3. Link: Register online...: Link; click link to register online for Selective Service.
