User Lookup

Staff can look up usernames and passwords for job seekers and employers. If passwords are not visible, the information displayed can be used to assist job seekers with recovering their usernames and resetting their passwords using the Forgot Password button.

Conduct User Lookup

  1. Navigate to User Lookup (Client > User Lookup). Enter one or more fields to use as parameters for the search. Click the Search button. The results display.
    1. All fields are exact match, including Last Name and First Name.
    2. Status indicates whether the account is Active, Disabled, Deleted, Inactive, Denied, or Researching.
    3. Type indicates whether the account is for a job seeker or employer.
  2. Click a link in the Username column to view more information. Use this information to confirm the client's identity before giving him/her the username and/or password.
