ServiceLink Features

To assist workforce staff in case management, ServiceLink provides the ability to add notes, print pages, search for users, and identify O*NET occupation codes.

  • Notes: Notes are available on Case Details, Enrollment Details, Program Details, and Employer Details; a Related Link for notes is also available on the Needs and Barriers page.
  • Printables: AJL includes a Print icon on each page to print out pages of the client record or documents with signature blocks.
  • Occupation Codes: AJL uses an automated search to search for O*NET occupations on the following pages: Create PLUS Account > Work Wanted Target Job; Create, Edit, or Upload Online Resume; Work Experience; Advanced Job Search > By Target Job or Occupation; and Job Orders.
  • Searches: Users can perform searches for staff, clients, employers, and training providers and can assist clients or employers in looking up their account information (e.g., passwords).
