Job Seeker User Profile
You can access the job seeker's User Profile from the User Search and from Contact Information in Case Details Overview. User profiles contain pieces of the same functionality across user types, such as Account Information, Address Book, and Notifications. You can access and update the following content on the job seeker's profile:
Account Status
The job seeker's account status displays in a banner at the top of the profile. If the job seeker's account needs to be disabled/reactivated, you can select the status link. The Update Account Status page displays. Remember you cannot create a password reset code for a disabled job seeker.
Account Information
The job seeker's name, name history, account username, password expiration, and terms of agreement display in this section.
Name History
If you update the job seeker's name, View Name Changes displays. Select the button to view a history of the job seeker's name, including the date updated and the user who updated it.
Reset Code
If you have the Password Reset Code privilege, you also see Create Password Reset Code. Select this button to display a code for the job seeker to reset their password. Do not use the password reset code to update a job seeker's password for them; this is a violation of security best practices.
If a user requests more than five reset codes within a five-minute period, their account is blocked from using any reset codes for 15 minutes. This block can be overridden by creating a new reset code for that user.
Terms of Agreement
Select Terms of Agreement to view the Privacy Policy and Terms of Agreement. You can assist the job seeker in updating the agencies with which they're willing to share information. They must enter their username and password to indicate their agreement.
Address Book
The Address Book displays the job seeker's primary contact info. The email address will display an Unconfirmed! flag if the job seeker has not yet confirmed their email. Select Resend Confirmation Instructions to send the job seeker an email with a confirmation link. If the job seeker has confirmed their email address but now needs to update that address, select Revoke Confirmation prior to adding or editing a new email. A user can only have one confirmed email, and if they are in a state that requires email, the email cannot be deleted if only one is provided.
My Personal Information
This tile provides the job seeker access to their demographics. Selecting the tile displays My Personal Information (Demographics Overview) if demographics are completed, or Registration Information if incomplete.
Job Goals/Job Matching
This tile displays the occupation the job seeker has identified as their target job on the Work Wanted page. This displays on Case Details at the top of the righthand column.
Notifications
A list of all system notifications to the job seeker display, along with the date and time sent.
